Clarks.in - money deducted but order not receivet

I had placed an order from clarks.in on *th november **** and an amount of Rs ****/- was deducted from my JK Bank account through g pay but to my utter surprise the order has not been received till date.
I have written various emails too but no response has been received from clarks.Even the customer care no displayed on the site is always busy and they dont respond at all.
Its highly disturbing to note this behaviour of such a renouned brand.Shocked.
