Sir , I placed an order for BOAT BassHeads *** White at *: ** on **th August (Thursday) . I made of payment of ₹*** after applying a referral coupon worth ***₹. I successfully completed my payment for the same using Paytm Wallet .But , when redirecting to the boat payment confirmation page , it showed an error . I did not receive any further update then from boat .I called them many time and they said my order was captured and they will initiate a refund. Its been ** days and refund was not initiated .The order id provided by paytm for boat is **************-**************
Its been * weeks since i placed the order and im still waiting for further response from their end . And I have contacted the customer care twice and mailed this . My query still remains unsolved . Please do the needful sir . Thank you
