I made an online purchase of Grocery of Rs ***/- on ** Apr ** and again for Grocery of Rs***/-. In both orders it says confirmation will be sent in your email and mobile number. But no message received so far.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.

I have ordered couple of groseries in Zopnow but till date I didn't receive any order and no one is responding for call hope this zopnow is scammer still I could see adds regarding their offers.
