I have been frequent Agoda app user for hotel or flight bookings. But I had bad experience while booking a hotel where I logged in my Agoda account through mobile app and selected a hotel and rooms as usual and proceeded for payment where I did payment with my credit card. Money got deducted but Agoda app loaded for several minutes then nothing no confirmation no hotel booking been sent. I have tried contacting Agoda but no customer care number no one replied. But Money deducted is actual. I request Agoda and voxya to raise my complaint and get me justice on this.
