Agoda com - Money Deducted but no Confirmation and no booking made in the hotel

I made a booking through agoda.com for booking a room in Hotel Abode, Amritsar. I choose the pay later option and it asked for my card details and the amount got deducted but there was no confirmation mail. I asked the hotel and they said there’s no booking.
Using agoda customer care is of no use because it asks for booking id which i don’t have.
