Shoponn.in - Money deducted but it s showing order is not placed

Hello

I have ordered L-thyroid-** (John Lee brand). I paid through upi and transaction is successful. But my order is not placed after my money deducted from my account. How do they explain this?
I have ordered some emergency medicine. They cheated in this sensitive thing also. This type of activity is immoral and should be condemned
