Ixigo and Airindia express - Money deducted and showing payment failed

I booked an international flight tickt for rs.***** using phonepe in ixigo app and the money got deducted from my account and and showing payment failed and no ticket was received. I had to book an emergency trip and the amount they didn’t refund. O needed it urgently for this trip so please help
