T Nagar Inn Services Private Limited - money deducted 2 times

i have shopped some product for **** but they swiped my card for * times saying that it showed error after i came out i got message that money has been deducted * times i spoke to a staff person name sabir he said that it will get refunded to your act in * working days but when ever i call that person he gave excuses like i am out station i have forwarded your mail and some time he dont pick the call it has been more ** days but no respones from the zudio staff i have mailed to zudio also but no repsonses from dem also
