ShopNaari website - Money debited order not placed and customer service unreachable

Ordered a pair of trousers from their website ShopNaari.com, since COD wasn't available, was forced to pay online, after which my money got debited and order wasn't placed, despite following their instructions for online payment. Tried to reach their customer service several times, on all platforms mentioned by them, on whats app, mail, facebook and instagram to no avail, despite their claim that the service is available monday-friday(*:**am-*:**pm).
Even when I tried to check my order details through the upi app(gpay) that was used for payment, it shows that order no longer active, and no amount has been refunded despite "dispute raised" for the payment.
