NIRMALYA MAZUMDAR filed complaint against Airtel Payments Bank on Jan 18, 2019
I recharged my mobile number with their unlimited *** pack on **/*/** **:** hrs and for that I added money to their wallet with my debit card and after confirmation of payment the money was debited but neither recharge was done nor I got back my money. They told me it will be reversed within ** hours. But till now as of **/*/** **:** hrs my money was nether refunded nor the recharge was done. Meanwhile they have deducted rs.** from my main balance to increase my validity for a month. I tried calling their customer care and they are doing nothing and asking me to wait. Please help me.I am attaching relevant screenshots.
