Astropay - Money debited from account but not credited to Astropay Astropay is denying the transaction

My transaction of **** INR was debited from my bank account and it was successful on the bank side, however Astropay has not credited the money to the wallet and the money is lost as they're claiming that the transaction was not made. Request Voxya to take strict and lega action against Astropay as I've been getting in touch via mails with Astropay to get updates on the transaction but no response in last ** hours since my last email. Also in the Astropay app, I messaged them , there is no resolution, neither response and they have marked the transaction in App as Expired
