Amazon SBI - Money debited for Merchant Transaction but amount not refunded

I was purchasing an ed-tech course subscription from the site ineuron.ai on ** March **** *:** pm the total amount was ****+**% GST = Rs **** applied a coupon code for **% discount and the amount came to Rs **** I came to the payment screen and selected amazon pay wallet as the payment option as at that time only *** rupees was available in the wallet I added remaining amount Rs **** through sbi Internet Banking the money was debited from the account but the transaction failed Rupees *** was not debited but Rs **** was debited .
I have raised complaint with sbi online complaint system and they replied that amount has been transferred to the merchant and amazon is saying that amount never reached to them
I have transaction id available for that transaction as well as customer case number for sbi complaint also I have amazon failed transaction
Kindly help me to get the amount back
