Ebazaari.com - Money debited but yet product not shipped

I made an online purchase with ebazaari.com of Rs.***/- through Payu check out on **-**-**** with order id & Payu transaction id: OD********* against my SBI credit card. The website is neither shipping the product out nor replying to my emails and not even giving me any updates of this purchase. The company does not have dedicated customer care no and their people do not reply to emails. I need help.
