Sir/Madam i have made a purchase from online shop Bugario for mobile cover worth **** rupees which got debited soon after which i received another mail that my transcation has failed. Its been a week and i still have not got my refund. I have all my mail screenshot. I have sent many mails to Bugario support and whatsapp Bugario but there is no customer support.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
