Myntra com - Money debited but product not confirmed

I was trying to order Jaipur Kurti and the money got debited from Google Pay but the order was not placed. I kept contacting Myntra Helpline for more than a week and everytime they said I should wait for **-** hours for the refund. I did not get my refund. When I contact Google Pay Services, they told me that the money has been deducted but Myntra said they did not get the money and when raised a complaint they are just ignoring the issue claiming my issue is resolved all the time. I also have the details of the money deducted but did not receive any message from Myntra about the processing of refund.
