Jheel filed complaint against KFC restaurant on Sep 17, 2020
I paid the money via netbanking and it was debited from my account immediately. Yet, absolutely no orders were placed. The customer care service said the concerned team will call back in a while but there have been no calls so far.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
