I decided to place an order in meesho for an amount of Rs.*** on Meesho at around *.** p.m on ** October ****.
Payment was done through UPI and money was deducted and credited to Meesho Account. But the order wasn't placed and it showed as the transaction failed where as i received the transaction id for the payment too !!
This was my first order on meesho and i am highly dissatisfied and disappointed !! If appropriate action is not taken and if problem is not resolved, the trust on meesho will be broken and will never shop back through the app !! And i may not recommend this app to people too. Therefore i expect meesho to respond and provide refund of my payment too !!
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
