Please find attached Bank confirmation status of payment, the payment has been successfully forwarded to Merchant"Cyber Treasury, Directorate of Treasuries and Accounts Finance Department, Haryana"on **th September **** at **.**.
But the amount is not forwarded to RTO from your end hence they were not issuing my license.
I have visited the RTO yesterday & made the cash payment again to get my License.
Request you to kindly check with your treasury team & initiate refund of my INR ****. I have been following up for this since last one month, request you to kindly check with your Treasury team ASAP & Initiate refund process
