Wazirx - Money debited but not credited for more than

I transferred a specific amount to the beneficiary (ICIC BANK) given by WazirX via NEFT as which was recommended by them.
Few minutes later i got a mail saying the transaction failed and if money got debited it’ll revert back to my account within * working days . I waited for more than ** hours and then started mailing their customer support. Till date I would’ve mailed them around ** times but only get replied by bots . Then what’s the use of a customer support I don’t understand?? I’ve been really panicking and literally begging and complaining against them on twitter but yet no reply . Also I’ve been really skeptical to further proceed with crypto trades due to the dear that my money will get stuck again . Thousands if not lakhs of people are facing the same issue . Please help me get my money back . I would rather be happy to lose my money in a trade and not in way like this . I’m a college student please do help me.
