On **rd Feb, I made a transaction for Rs.***** from google pay and the money got debited from my account and never reached receiver and the transaction status is failed in google pay. I’ve been following the customer care ever since and nothing happened. I always get a standard answer we are working on it but no resolution date or time. This was really a urgent transaction and it’s still stuck without any resolution
