Pari Match - Money Debited but neither showing in app now credited back to same source

I have installed and tried to use the app so for that minimum *** rupees needs to be transferred to start and okay so I did it however the amount got debited from my account but neither showing to the app nor credited back to the source, their chat support is scam and fake, now they are not even allowing me to chat, it’s been more than one week now
