Happyeasygo - Money debited booking failed refund not received

Hi my name is fazil on *th of February **** i try to book flight from HappyEasyGo and after choosing flight I made payment through UPI but from banks end transaction status goes sucess but at HappyEasyGo transaction showed payment failed.after that I contacted HappyEasyGo customer support they told me that wait for ** hours ,after that I waited for that time but nothing happened I again called customer support they said that we haven't received any payment so contact your bank ,after that I contacted my bank they said transaction is sucess and payment has been transferred to marchant. Now I am calling them both from last **days nothing is happening HappyEasyGo says that we haven't received and bank says we have sent.
