I made a deposit of INR **,*** and the transfer was successfull. The parimatch account did not showed the balance as it showed failed from parimatch's payment history.
I shared the screenshot of the payment made, customer support asked me wait for * days.
After * days they asked for the bank statement from deposit date to current.
They agreed and told me the refund will be made.
After * days when I reached out again for the status of my refund, they refused to provide any details and said they are not going to refund my money stating they did not received my deposited money.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
