store and Fehma fashion hub - Money debited and cheated

Hi,
There is a page called **rs store in instagram, they sre selling Cosmetics kind products so I have orderd them some few lip shades and hair strsightner , mascara they ask me to send total amount including shipping charge Rs.***/ .I done my payment on march * **** and send screenshot of my payment. They had checked and no other response from then , then I wait till **days without asking what happend they also did not give any update regard product after that I asked regard payment they did not even respond .I have call them nearly **times in a day they never attend my ca , and I send message to them they said I will block you , I totally upset I just ask about my refund atleast they are not even respond or opend my text till now april **, They sre cheated my amount and not even send products to me ,but they were posting new stories on their instagram page .kindly check and assist me to get back my amount .
