Sri Sai Maid Services - Money Collected not returned for sending the maid

The understanding is to use the maid service for */* months. Even then they asked me to paid *****. They promised that they will refund the amount after */* months when I need maid no more.
Things went fine I used maid for * months & paid her salary completely.
Now the mediator or Sri Sai maid Services has to return me the amount from *****. They are not lifting my phone & not responding to my messages. I am worried as what to do.
I even have agreement with them.
