Shree Ram Finance Limited - Money cheating Personal Loan offer

I just opted for personal loan of ***** online from SHREE RAM FINANCE LIMITED
Immediately the Agent called up asked to transfer ****/- as transfer as commission .after that he sent an Personal loan acceptance Softcopy and asked to pay *months advance EMI (* * ****) = *****/-.Immediately i transferred . After that he again called to pay ****/- as insurance to personal safety. I suspected it as fraud and didn't pay I called to cancel the personal loan and return my money back,. he told he will transfer next day after that he didn't again he said i will pay now and he did . Many times i called he gives some excurses but never paid

The guy said this loan scheme is Pradhamanatri Yogana and the commnunication with agent is thorough only whats app
