This is really regarding a frustrating complaint against you as your guys are constantly cheating customers.
On Sunday * April I ordered ** items worth **** rs. I have done payment using Payment wallet through Icici net banking. My money has been debited from account but no order has been placed on your site. Your executives talk so badly and don’t provide any solution.
I have waited for more than ** hours and also talked with my RM in Icici. They have provided me with the bank statement in which money has been successfully credited to your account.
I want my money back asap . Also after this mail i will not be requesting anything from you, just will go for complaints to higher authority.
