I logged in into travolook.in and tried to book air ticket from ccu to blr on **.**.**** for journey on **.**.****. After the payment was made through UPI no confirmation received rather a message and email received after a while telling that the airlines rejected te booking and the money will be refunded in ** to ** days. After ** days noticed that no refund has been made. So I called their suppot number to hear that it will take more ** days to refund the money. By this times I checked in the net to see credentials of Travolook and noticed that hundreds of people have been cheated in this way. So, this is their practice of defrauding public. Rs. *****/- have been paid for this faulty transaction and I wish to get back money along with eqal amount of penalty.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
