I raised a complaint to repair my AC. Technician visited checked and gave estimate of Rs **** and asked for advance of Rs*** which was given. He assured to send other technician to repair the machine. Other one came and informed that he wanted Rs **** to repair. When we resisted by saying that his technician checked machine and estimated ****/- he refused and run away with advance. Volats customer case was useless and did nothing. I feel cheated

AC is not working properly. It's more of a cooler. AC get trip very fast. We lodged the complaint engr came. But he did had temp meter to check. My experience is very bad.
