Soham retailer aslam - Money betrayed

He betrayed my money **** for booking of an second hand mobile.
He ask me **** for advance and I was shared to him(Aslam) and ready to share my ordered mobile To me as well.
How I was confirmed means,he share one photo regarding to dispatch of an Indian post with stamp seal. ,later he blame me, indian post not available at the moment ,so we dispatched towards sree gokulam fast courier.(the entire chart is maded by telegram)

Without details,
Later,he ask me **** for his purphase something for himself.
Later,his chatting sense was varied and he order me to send ****.
Finally, he chat me ,"without **** ,we are not dispatch,we need urgently,shipping is near to you"

Later,i denied his products.i asked about my refund.but,he agreed to refund of my **** rupees.

Noe,he is not responding as well sir.

Pls Help me to get my money back sir.
