Dear Sir/madam
I had, on **th Oct ****, purchased a flight ticket from travolook . Subsequently, I was informed via mail that the ticket was in processing, and that I must wait for ** minutes. After that too elapsed, a mail notified me that my reservation was "cancelled due to an operational reason" and that a refund will be provided, Now since the past * month is over still refund is not issued by M/s. Travalook, Please help me how to proceed further
