https instagram com beautify yourself utm medium copy link - Monetary frauds

There's an Instagram page named "fashchic_**" and they have many more accounts like "beautify__yourself", "goldenglitter_india".they are performing monetary frauds.
I being a victim for the same. I had ordered some stuff from them thinking it to be a regular shopping page and COD (cash on delivery) wasn't available, so I prepaid for my things.
I had orderd on ** September and didn't received it ...now they are showing there account was hacked and the new account is "fashchic_**_".they don't even reply or respond to the messages or emails.
Not only me there are so many of people being a victim of fraud happening by this page. They even operate an website of the same page "fashchic**.com"
It's my humble request to you to take up a step against this. I and many of us would be grateful.
