I have purchased mobile from Flipkart with add on of complete mobile protection plan from jervas in mar ** ,later accidentally my ph fall down from pocket and display not visible , I filed service request with jeevas on ** may **, after all verification of images they asked to pay processing fee of **** which I paid on ** may ** , mobile picked from me on ** June ** and delivered to their repair facility on ** June vide claim processing no CLAFLK*************** & Ticket No:************* after multiple attempts I got reply that non payment oof some part my claim was rejected and item is sent back but reg this I have not got mail or even message as intimation .but till now I didn't receive my mobile nor the status
