komparify.com - Mobile recharge not successful

I tried to recharge BSNL data plan for Rs *** with my standard chartered bank visa debit card on **th Oct. At the first time I got the message on the screen as transaction failed, I used my card for the second time again for Rs ***. Total my card got debit for Rs ***. Even though i send email to Komparify there is no response from them.
