Motorola - Mobile protection claim rejected

My device has been damaged in accident duw to that the complete mobile phone is break includes display & not in power on state .
I register claim with jeeves on **th may on which documents requested and i replied back with documents . After * days on ** may i got email / sms that claim has been cancelled due to insufficent/ clear documents .
This was clearly fraud & customer service deficency towards consumer .
Attached the sceeenshot of email from jeeves & things not covered under complete protection plan .
Kindly resolve my issue
