I have ordered mobile Realme XT * GB ** GB pearl white on **-**-** from www . firstkarts.com and paid amount of RS ***** , they also confirmed the payment and given order I'd as ***** and they promised me to deliver by Friday **-**-** . I have tried to call them to check the status , call not getting connected and no one responding in email. Please someone help me what to do
