I purchase a swipe mobile phone through home shop channel TV as on **/**/****. After *-* month I facing the problem. Its device (power switch not properly work, hanging, no display after call end and every time shut down when internet switch on). Many time I share these problems to the customer care team but every time they give me time to call back in ** hours, ** hours and ** hours but till date no one solves my problem.
My complaint’s no. is
HS************, HS*************, HS************* and HS************* against order No. **********.
Two-time customer care team give me the service centre address and phone No. (Mobile Clinic (Pinjore), Govt. Sr. Sec. School Wali Gali, Pinjore Distt. Panchkula, Phone No. **********). When I call the service centre, the service centre told me we do not give any service (repair) from the last two years. I call back to customer care again then told me after ** hours we call back after the next ** hour give me mobile brand vendor No. ********** but this mobile also switches off. Please help in change my mobile set, if not change my device then refund my money.
