I booked a Mi note * Pro from Shopupi.in on */**/**** and did a payment by PhonePe. I paid the total amount of Rs.*****. After the successful payment, I got the order Id ******** and asked me to wait for another ** hrs to get dispatch number to my registered number. I am waiting for * days, even till now I did not receive any tracking no or any message from them. In between, I called many times to their customer care toll-free no (***********) not connecting and telling sometimes switched off. I chatted online many times. I did not get any reply and nobody was responding to my messages. Kindly help me to resolve the issue and get back the paid amount or the booked mobile.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
