the mode of paytm payments bank, reference orderd id *********, upi id ************ and transaction idptm********ebfb**c*af**f**.he above said amount was credited to your oneway infotech account on the same day, but thereafter we didn'treceive any confirmation from our side. i just received the message that you cancelled the order and repay the amount. so please convey
me the status of refund procedure taken by you
