Dealmyntra.in - Mobile not delivered

I placed an order with dealmyntra.in for Redmi Note * Pro * GB *** GB on **.**.**** and paid Rs.*****/- through UPI which they acknowledged by their email referring my order as #*****. They also send an email that the product is on dispatch. Thereafter while tracking the order on the site i.e. dealmyntra.in, I found that the order is still in transit since **.**.****. Till today, nothing has been delivered. I tried many times in the toll-free number and also sent several emails. But all such were in vain. I have incurred a terrible loss.
