Dealmyntra.in - Mobile not delivered

I have bought Redmi note * Pro on *rd April, which has to be delivered by *th April and till now it's not delivered. It's really hard to contact them as the toll-free number is not working and in online chat no one responses. I was lucky one time to get the response in chat where the executive confirmed my package to be delivered by **th April. Last * days it's still showing in transit state with no update when it will be delivered. I have sent mail but I have not got any response from them. The address which is given on the website is false as the company does not exist on this address. Please help to get my money refunded
