Snapdeal - Mobile not deliver for one month

I Have registered mobli on senapdeal on date **th february **** and they committed me to deliver before **th but they fail to do so and given new delivery date before *rd march ; again they fail and given new date of *th march and they fail to deliver mobile and after all they have not inform me any date of commitment and i have follow up each and every day and loss money more than Rs *** in call ; Please note that i have done advanced payment of Rs **** and also paid one instalment of credit card ; after all they declare that they are not able to deliver mobile and cancel order as they loss in transit on date **th march ****. and money will be revert back after *-* working days without any information to me. still today they haven't call me and don't ask about this order. My item no : *********** and AWB No : AJ*********IN . As today i have not available any mobile so i am not able to attached order snapshot or more detail . but i hope you have enough information for work about it.
