Complaint Details:
I am filing this complaint due to the highly unprofessional and negligent handling of my mobile protection claim by Jeeves, a service partner of Flipkart. Despite raising a claim on March *, ****, and completing all required steps — including:
Submitting all requested documents
Paying the service fee
Sharing pickup details for the device
There has been no pickup of my device even after more than a month.
I have contacted customer support numerous times, only to be told the same scripted response:
“Please wait * more days. We are escalating the issue.”
This cycle of false reassurances has continued for over a month without any action. On top of this, the support agents were sarcastic and rude, with one even telling me to “thank him for the inconvenience.”
Escalation to Flipkart:
After exhausting options with Jeeves, I raised the issue with Flipkart’s escalation team. Shockingly, even they did not receive any response from Jeeves for over a week, indicating a total breakdown in accountability between Flipkart and its service partner.
Recently, Flipkart offered only **% of the repair cost as a so-called resolution — without any actual repair, and after weeks of delays and emotional stress. This is completely unacceptable.
