I have bought a Lenovo Phablet in October **** for Rs.****/- through Flipkart. Receipt enclosed. On **/**/** I gave it to Lenovo authorized service center i.e. Om Services Jalgaon, Maharashtra for loose contact of charging Jack. But the service center has neither repaired it nor returned it to me. I have contacted many times personally to the service center and the matter has been reported to tabsupport@lenovo.com. But both of them are giving me a new date. My mobile surely mishandled during last one month. I have spent my precious time and ₹***/- per trip from Bhusawal to Jalgaon (** km). I have bought a new Jio mobile ₹****/- as an alternative. I want ₹*****/- in replacement of above mobile.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
