Recently i received an ota update on my mobile, i installed that update. After sometime my mobile touch not working and after sometime camera also not working. Then i go to service center they are telling that its a motherboard issue.
Then i checked on social media that lots of users having same issue, after that i complaint to poco India on twitter regarding my issue.
they gave me a form to fill. I filled it after sometime I get a call from Poco India to submit a my mobile POCO X* in service center.
Now service Center saying that your Mobile is irreparable. Either you accept a downgraded phone Poco F* or take your Poco X* back as it is without repair. We can't repair your Phone.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
