I ordered a mobile cover and keychain on July **. When I try to track the order, it shows “order not found.” There has been no response to my emails, and my calls are not being answered. The Instagram page is still active, and people are unknowingly placing new orders. This appears to be a scam targeting online shoppers. If I do not receive a response or refund immediately, I will be forced to report the page for fraud, file a consumer complaint with the appropriate authorities, and share my experience publicly to warn others.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
