I have ordered a mobile case worth of ₹*** from an instagram page named cases_*** on **th November ****. On the day of ordering,they replied me asap and asked me to pay the amount, i paid and they asked to share the screenshot. Then they said that it will be delivered within * days. After ** days i texted them and asked about it. But they just saw the message and didn't reply me. I asked them daily about my order in instagram,in whatsapp even i mailed them. But I didnt received any responses from their side. Now it's been ** days , i didn't get any message from their side but they are reading my messages. After researching many mobile case pages , I ordered from them but their behaviour made me get frustrated.
