This is my first mail send to service.in@poco.net two days before
Hereby attached is this is my phone invoice **-**-****. The board was damaged before the correct * year. The phone was damaged on **-**-****. As it was Sunday yesterday, not a single shop in Kerala will be open, so i take phone to the Trivandrum poco service centre today **.**.****, they will say that the warranty period is over and therefore nothing can be done. They say x* pro will not be repaired. If you want to buy a redme note you need Rs ***** for it. It is not right to perish before it in a year. I bought this mobile believing in you. I want justice, sir.
Sir what should I do ?? I'm not in a position to buy a new phone. I'm looking after my family so hard, I can not afford to buy a phone with it now.
This is my problem sir, and i didn't get any kind of support from POCO till now.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
