Stayclassy.in - Mobile back cover not delivered

I ordered a back cover from stayclass.in on July **th. It has been * weeks yet my covered has not been shipped. I even tried calling their numbers. One of it is always busy and another doesn't work. The cover was worth *** rupees. Please help me.
