I have taken mobikwik zip emi loan of * lakh Rs. Now the current outstanding was *.** lakh and I wanted to foreclose it. On there app they have only * options of payment UPI and Debit card. UPI has limit of * lakh so this option is useless. The other option debit card is not working, when I put my card details and select Continue it returns to the home screen. Tried everything, app restart, update, reinstall, etc. Now when I called there customer care * times in * days they are saying that they are sending me foreclosure link on email but I am not getting any such email in my inbox or spam or anywhere. They are just lying to me everytime. I told them to send me the link in text message or whtsapp they denied. I am getting all types of mail from them except the foreclosure link. It's frustrating now. I somehow feel they dont want me to foreclose this loan.
